Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please email customer service at support@asgroupnet.com.com with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include the return form inside the package, and mail your return to the address our technical support will assign you. Please note, that if you return doesn’t apply for a shipping label we strongly recommend that you use a delivery carrier with tracking number to mail your return. REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please Note:
A 10-15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns if the products were damaged intentionally, used or if the original retail packing is missing. We can waive these fees depending on the situation. Only in defective products the original shipping costs are refunded.
Intentional refuses of the client without previous authorization will be have 20% of restocking fees.
All products must be returned with the original retail box and all its accessories from factory. If something is missing the client will be charged for the cost.
All returns must be authorized by us and must have an authorized RMA number.
The RMA authorization number needs to be visible in the RMA forms inside the package, and not marked in other locations. Please don’t mark retail boxes.
If a package is returned without previous authorization and RMA# the package will be refused, could be lost and we are not responsible.
All RMA numbers have an expiration of 14 days.
For all items the serial numbers are recorded and tracked. Defective items need to be returned before 30 days of the invoice date.
DAMAGES
If you see any damages (from partial to total) on the package on reception, please refuse it. In this way we will able to fill with the delivery carrier a claim.
If there is a package with damages and you couldn’t refuse the package by any instance, contact the shipping carrier with 24 hours to inform them, make a report and please inform us immediately.
Warranties – In General
All product warranties are provided by the distributors and manufacturers. AS Group will inform the client the warranty that applies for the product. This could be, return to us the product, send the product to an authorized repair, or factory direct returns. AS Group follows strictly instructions and directions to follow from the manufacturers.
